Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Efektivitas Waktu Tunggu Kapal di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap

Abstract

Transportation by sea plays an important role for national economic growth which will automatically incrase foreign exchange earning for the country. Sea transportation requiers the arrangement of an integrated national transportation sytem unit and becomes a balance service provider in followig the level of community needs and requires an increase infrastructure to support service in remote areas that have minimal sea transportation services. This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence port facilities, pilotage service and loading and unloading productivity have on the effectivenness of waiting time for ships. The method used in this study is the Non-probability sampling technique, namely porpusive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were ship crews that leaned on the port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Besed on multiple liniear regression analysis, the result Y = 0.538 + 0,374 X1, + 0.286 X2 + 0.283 X3 +
