Abstract

Ttraffic congestion is a situation or state of stalled or even stopped traffic caused by the number of vehicles exceeding road capacity. Road capacity is the ability of a road section to accommodate the ideal flow or volume of traffic in a certain unit of time, expressed in the number of vehicles passing through a certain road section in one hour (vehicle / hour). Driver Behavior is defined as the behavior of vehicle owners or users in driving and maintaining their vehicles. Road Link is a unified road link consisting of a primary road link system and a secondary road link system that are intertwined in a hierarchical relationship. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, an equation is produced: Y = 1.661 + 0.308 X1 + 0.228 X2 + 0.334 X3 + µ. Indicates that, based on empirical data (questionnaire results) and multiple linear regression results show that the Road Capacity Variable (X1) has a t-count value of 3.311> t-table 1.986 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Driver Behavior Variable (X2) has a t-count value of 2.111> t-table 1.986 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Road Link Variable (X3) has a t-count value of 3.331> t-table 1.986 then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Road Capacity, Driver Behavior and Road Link on Traffic Congestion.
